You know who is awesome? Joe Flacco.

Apple has totally turned into an evil, corporate BIG BROTHER that is greedy as sin and makes M$ look tame and amateur. They have completely and forever lost my trust forever with iTunes. They jumped the shark when they dropped computer from the "Apple Computer" name.

Got to hand it to them though, they have totally made the consumer feel like this is the next step similar to what Google has done. They will know everything about your habits, but the consumer seems to not care.

Ah, back in the old days, when I was an Apple fanboy.

The all-you-can-eat subscription model would have been perfect to go with the Genius feature. The Genius can recommend a bunch of tracks for you, and you don't really have to think about whether you'll be maxing out your card by buying the whole thing. So, it would have been perfect and for most people, still on the fence, it would have been something of a "cool new thing try out" that would have brought them over to the music junkie yard.

Also, it would have been something of a musical exploration to see what else was out there, (without the worry about a huge bill) and I'm pretty sure that with a few minor tweaks the Genius would be working really really well!

    One can always hope.
