Thanks, this helped. They rep told me I had to fax them my receipt along with Name, Email, PSN ID, and Service #.
Took less then a week. Oh and when I logged into SingStar it prompted "New downloads available".

And those worried like me with fake accounts (as in: accounts with fake address)... it's all cool.

They only good that came out of this all is I discovered SingStar songs are not region locked. So you can play songs from the UK store on US singstar discs. Now all I need is a Aussie PSN card, do they exist?

My old system died (Yellow light of death) I called sony and they said they could not deauthorize the old system and would not authorize the new system. The old system is in parts and they said they wouldn't take it back to deauthorize it either. Any suggestions?

Thanks Andrew!! Just wanted to add - when you call the number (1-877-971-7669) right off the bat, you might as well ask for their Accounts Specialist Department. These are the people who put in the request to Sony Europe.

its rubbish that phone is one that charges you a lot of money. The real sony uk service center number is 08705111999. They will give you the old songs without a hassle, just call that number and explain the things.
